Maple Bourbon Porterhouse Pork Chops
These Maple Bourbon Glazed Pork Chops are mouthwateringly delicious and perfect for a hearty weeknight meal.



Ingredients
Mashed Potatoes here
Porterhouse Pork Chops or another chop cut
1 Tablespoon Maple syrup
1/2 Tablespoon brown sugar
Butter
Maple Bourbon seasoning (I used Wassi's Maple Reserve, Not Sponsored)
Splash of Bourbon
Salt and Pepper
Directions
Allow chops to sit for 30 minutes at room temperature
Season all sides with Maple Bourbon seasoning
Preheat grill to medium-high
Place chops on the grill, get a nice grill mark sear then turn 90 degrees, sear again, then flip to the other side. Reduce heat to low.
Flip chops every few minutes to get a perfect even cook. Remove once chops hit 145 degrees
In a bowl mix melted butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, and a splash of bourbon, mix, then spoon over pork chops, cover with foil
Let it rest a good 5 minutes then serve next to a bed of creamy mashed potatoes
Top with parsley
