Grilled Bourbon Chicken

Ingredients
2 Pounds chicken thighs (Breasts can be used, but less flavor)
1 Cup any BBQ sauce
1/2 Cup soy sauce
1/3 Cup bourbon
3 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 Garlic cloves
1 Tablespoons sriracha
1 Tablespoons yellow mustard
Green onion
Salt and pepper
Avocado oil
Directions
Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl, mix well, then set aside
Optional (Cut chicken thighs into 1" pieces, skewer then lightly baste with sauce)
Place whole thighs or skewers on the grill, turn over after 3 minutes
Baste and flip until chicken is cooked (Be careful to not overcook)
Take off the grill and baste one more time as they rest
Serve and Enjoy!
