Filet Steak Bites
Who doesn't love steak? These filet steak bites are a super delicious way to solve that meat craving, not to mention, steak and garlic butter are just a perfect combination served on top of creamy mashed potatoes.

Ingredient
1 Pound filet mignon (Freeze for 30 minutes before cutting)
1 Tablespoon avocado oil
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Garlic cloves
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley
Directions
Freeze the steak for 30 minutes before cutting to make it easier to cut
Slice steak into 1" bites
Toss is avocado oil, season with salt and pepper
Heat cast iron pan or carbon steel pan with a dash of avocado oil
Cook bites in batches, remove steak from heat just prior to desired temp
In the pan melt butter, then add crushed garlic, mix when fragrant
Toss steak bites back into the pan
Serve over a bed of creamy mashed potatoes and top to chopped parsley
