Filet Steak Bites

Who doesn't love steak? These filet steak bites are a super delicious way to solve that meat craving, not to mention, steak and garlic butter are just a perfect combination served on top of creamy mashed potatoes.


  • 1 Pound filet mignon (Freeze for 30 minutes before cutting)

  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil

  • 2 Tablespoons butter

  • 2 Garlic cloves

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Parsley


  • Freeze the steak for 30 minutes before cutting to make it easier to cut

  • Slice steak into 1" bites

  • Toss is avocado oil, season with salt and pepper

  • Heat cast iron pan or carbon steel pan with a dash of avocado oil

  • Cook bites in batches, remove steak from heat just prior to desired temp

  • In the pan melt butter, then add crushed garlic, mix when fragrant

  • Toss steak bites back into the pan

  • Serve over a bed of creamy mashed potatoes and top to chopped parsley
