Easy Creamy Alfredo Sauce
Normal Alfredo is a simple white cream sauce. It is made from butter, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese. While the original style is great, I love to add vermouth, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley to make this Alfredo sauce taste even better!

INGREDIENTS
3 Tablespoons butter (Do not use processed fake butter)
2 Garlic cloves (I love garlic so sometimes I use more)
16 oz Heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
Splash or two of sweet vermouth or vodka
Salt and Pepper
Fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS
Heat butter in deep skillet on low heat, add garlic cook for one minute
Add whipping cream to pan, cook until it thickens and reduce a little
Splash or two of sweet vermouth or vodka
Add parmesan to pan, stir and cook for further 3-4 minutes until melted and creamy
Pour over your favorite pasta then top with fresh parsley
