Creamy Oktoberfest Beer Brats with Pasta
So you have some leftover brats from my last recipe here. Let's make a yummy pasta dish with the leftovers! Sounds like a plan.

Ingredients
Cooked Brats
Pasta of your choice (I used gluten-free penne)
8 ounces of cream cheese
2 diced tomatoes
5 cloves of garlic
¾ cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
Parsley
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions
Slice the cooked sausage into bite-sized pieces and return to the skillet
In the skillet over med-low heat, add cream cheese and diced tomatoes. Stir constantly until the cream cheese melts, and reduce to low heat
Add chicken broth and spices into the skillet, and stir and mix
Add cooked pasta to skillet, and stir to coat the pasta with cream sauce
Top with fresh chopped parsley
Serve warm
