Creamy Garlicy Mashed Potatoes
Who doesn't like creamy mashed potatoes with a hint of garlic? Ugh yum!

Ingredients
4-8 Medium sized Idaho Gold potatoes
8 oz Heavy whipping cream
4-6 Garlic cloves
1/2 stick butter
Salt and Pepper
Dollop of sour cream
Parsley
Directions
Peel and cut potatoes into quarters
Bring potatoes to a boil and cook until you can insert a fork without resistance
In a sauce pan melt butter over low heat
Add crushed or garlic (To me more the better)
Add heavy cream and whisk together
Once potatoes are done drain water
Using a potato ricer, place potatoes into the press and squeeze back into the pot (fabulous tool to make the creamiest potatoes) a typical potato masher will work as well
Stir in cream sauce and dollop or two of sour cream, fold potatoes over until well mixed
After plating I like to add a touch more butter and top with parsley
