Blueberry Protein Smoothie Bowl
A special recipe from our dear friend Ashley. Nothing jump-starts your day like a protein smoothie bowl!

Ingredients
1 scoop protein powder
5 oz greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
3 Tbsp honey
2 cups frozen blueberries
Directions
Blend until creamy (add a dash of oat milk if too thick)
Pour into a bowl and top with your favorites: banana, more blueberries, nut butters, granola, coconut etc!
